Returns Policy
All items in your order can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original packaging and the customer is responsible for the packaging and shipping costs of the items. For unpacked and used items there will be a 20% return fee applied before the order is refunded. In all cases, the customer must request a return authorization (RMA) by email to customer service.
Defective Items
To return a defective item you must request a return authorization (RMA) by email to our customer service before shipping the item. For the return of defective items, the shipping costs will be covered by the seller who will provide a prepaid return label to the customer. The refund will be made within 4 working days of receipt of the package.
Item exchange
A defective item can be exchanged for an identical model if this item is still in stock. The exchange of a defective item will be made at the discretion of the seller who may at any time decide to refund the item instead of exchanging it.
Refund policy
For a returned item that the customer don't want anymore and that have been opened or used there will be a 20% retrurn fee applied before the order is refunded. For a returned item that have not been opened or used there will no fee being aplied before the order is refunded.
For a defective item that is returned the full amount of the order will be refunded.
All refund are process within 4 business days from the date of reception ot the item to our warehouse and are debited to the original payment method.
